Our spring 2020 UAEA Conference at Hurricane High School was a great success! We had huge numbers of participants (about 50 more than last year), a great number of vendors, and a fabulous selection of presentations and workshops. 

UAEA sponsored a Raku Firing regional workshop in Moab, Utah on September 28. We had master potters Barb Gregorio and Joanne Savoie demonstrate the process from glazing bisqueware to the raku firing itself. This is part of UAEA’s goal to advocate and provide professional learning activities for teachers all across the state, not just along the Wasatch Front or St. George areas.
